About time I posted this short story, penned when I was brain dead.
These are the rules, which I have taken from AFJ's post.
The rules
(1) write a 100-to-200-word entry using the following words:
I, me, blow job, grapes, random, power, loneliness, water, robot and blue;
(2) use these words once and only once; and of course
(3) the entry should make sense.

The loneliness had finally caught up with the robot. He sat in the corner staring vacantly into the open space. Even his favourite diet of pale pink Australian grapes failed to revive him. His stare caught me dead in my tracks. I splashed ice-cold water on his lifeless face. It broke the spell. With all the power he could muster, he blurted out, “blow job..”

I sought refuge under the deceptively calm blue sky unrestrained by the random thoughts that enveloped my being.

83 words. I hope I have succeeded. That was fun.
