Parrys Corner, Chennai: A Haven for lovers of Art and History

I am a huge admirer for Tirupathi Balaji. You could even say that I am smitten by Him. He is one handsome looking dude, who carries His love in His heart and leads a pampered existence.

So when my mom and her friend chanced upon the Prasanna Venkatesa Perumal temple in Parrys Corner, I was miffed that I had missed out the opprutnity to see Him. So after weeks of pestering and nagging, I got my chance.

But reaching the destination is tough. The inroads are narrow and dirty. You are better off on foot than a car or auto.
